I specialize in supporting helping professionals—including first responders, nurses, therapists, and social workers—who carry the weight of caring for others. I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, offering a safe and compassionate space to process experiences and build resilience.

My counselling practice is a small, intentionally designed service that prioritizes personalized, high-quality care over high client volume.
I see a limited number of clients to maintain depth and presence in the work. This approach allows me to offer a more tailored, responsive experience in a warm, private setting—distinct from larger, more clinical environments.
I manage all aspects of the practice, from client care to admin and professional development, ensuring a consistent and thoughtful experience.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in connection. I work from a non-pathologizing, anti-oppressive lens—your experiences make sense given what you've lived and carried, and my role isn't to label or fix you, but to help you find your way back to yourself.
I specialize in supporting helping and healing professionals: people who give so much to others in their work that there's little left for themselves.
Together, we'll create a space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and human—without judgment or pretense. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to begin, we'll explore what's working, what's not, and what healing might look like for you.

The first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. You’ll be able to share your story and experiences with me, as well as ask questions. My role is to hold the space for you and really get an understanding of your thoughts, feelings and perspectives.
In this session, you can also get a feel for my therapy space and what therapy will be like. Together, we’ll decide if we would be a good fit to work together.

I offer depth work which is most effective with regular sessions.
Therefore, I ask for a commitment from clients to attend weekly (4 x month) or bi-weekly (2 x month) therapy. I understand that our schedules change and sometimes consistency can be tricky, but I ask that you attend regularly scheduled sessions whenever possible.
For clients who prefer more space between meetings while still engaging in deep, focused work, I offer monthly 90-minute counselling intensives. Sessions are offered exclusively on Wednesday mornings from 8:30 AM–10:00 AM. Please contact me to book.
This rhythm supports the quality of the work we do by providing, effective, consistent progress in a container that has been developed to support trust and safety. It also helps me manage my caseload.
Brief therapy (6-12 sessions) focuses on immediate issues and practical solutions, whereas longer term therapy (12 or more sessions) address concerns in more depth and works with changing patterns of behaviour that have developed over a long period of time. It is up to each client’s discretion how long they wish to pursue therapy.
Every person’s circumstances are unique. If you have specific needs, financial concerns, or would like to talk through this I’m more than happy to have that conversation with you to see what we can arrange.
